3.1 All orders are subject to availability, verification, and acceptance by Alinora TechLuxe Store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion—including due to pricing errors, stock limitations, suspected fraud, or incomplete information.
3.2 Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You bear all risks during transit.
3.3 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified. Post-delivery requests are governed by our Return Policy
3.4 Price and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in USD and exclude applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and shipping costs. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and must be paid upon delivery or as required by local authorities. The final total price, including shipping, will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
3.5 Right of Withdrawal (for EEA and UK Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods. To exercise this right, please contact us at alinora-overseas@outlook.com. Please note: This right does not apply to personalized items, sealed hygiene products, or digital content that has been downloaded after your consent.

If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people’s court in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, People’s Republic of China, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the matter.
