Return & Refund Policy

Alinora return policy: Thank you for shopping at Alinora TechLuxe. We want you to love every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • · The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • · All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • · You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • · Gift cards
  • · Downloadable software products
  • · Personalised or customised items
  • · Items marked “final sale”

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at alinora-overseas@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 24 hours with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and the return shipping address

4. Shipping Your Return

  • · You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
  • · Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt until your refund is processed.
  • · Mark the RAN clearly on the outside of the package

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email 13986307982@139.com with photos and your order number

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Alinora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
